Leadership can be rewarding - but it can also be isolating. Many leaders are thoughtful, capable, and committed to doing the work well, yet lack a space to openly talk through real challenges with peers who understand the responsibility they carry.

This group coaching seriesĀ is aĀ semi-monthly conversation-driven space for leaders at all levels to reflect, learn, and grow together.

What to Expect

This is not a lecture series or a passive webinar.

This is a facilitated leadership space designed to help you:

  • Talk through real leadership challenges as they’re happening

  • Gain perspective from other growth-minded leaders

  • Strengthen leadership skills through discussion, reflection, and application

  • Build meaningful relationships beyond your own organization

Each session includes a focused leadership topic, guided discussion, and open space for participants to bring forward questions, concerns, and real-world experiences.

  • Format: Live, facilitated group discussion

  • 12-Week Rotation: With topics rotating every quarter
  • Group Size: Limited to 24 participants to ensure meaningful conversation
