2020 has been a year like no other, and this year’s Leader-Chip experience has stepped up to the challenge and will be no exception. This leadership summit-styled event has become known for being the intersection of inspiring professional development and the no-pressure fun and team-building of a golf scramble. With the added challenges of 2020, we’re adding in the elements of social distancing, safety, and mobile learning for a one-of-a-kind impactful experience. The best part is nothing is lost with this years’ updated format, except possibly a few strokes off your score!

What You Can Expect:
All current health and safety requirements, including the latest local guidelines and golf course policies will be observed and upheld. We won’t be meeting in the clubhouse, but the learning must go on, and it will! To accomplish this, we’ve included the day’s learning with the golf, which has been recognized from the beginning as one of the best activities for social distancing. The best ball scramble always makes for a fun, low-pressure team effort.  Our on-course designed video learning challenges keep things moving while taking the teamwork a step further. For every correctly-answered challenge, your team takes one stroke of their total score! How exciting to see how low can you go and how far you can grow!

To round out the day, individually boxed lunches will be provided and winners will be announced in the parking lot at the end of the day. Bring your team to a safe, fun, impactful learning experience they won’t soon forget!
